It's the final game in the series featuring these four. I'm really not sure what I was thinking when I invited Holly to play a game as complex as Screw Your Neighbor, but somehow she managed to muddle through.
They play to two losers, and then the two losers have to masturbate themselves to orgasms. The winners grab a pair of video cameras and handle most of the filming duties during the forfeit. They also get in plenty of taunts against the losers while they're at it.
